Drift League WTAC 2024 Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Participants must be Australian residents and 18 years or older to enter. Entry is limited to one per person.

2. How to Enter:
   To enter the giveaway, participants must scan the provided QR code and complete the entry form with their full name, email address, contact number, and postcode. By entering, participants agree to subscribe to Drift League’s marketing communications.

3. Prize Details:

   • Grand Prize: A trip for two to Tasmania for Drift League’s final event of the year on December 14th and 15th, 2024. The prize includes:
     • Round-trip flights for two, arriving on Friday, December 13th, 2024, and departing on Sunday, December 15th, 2024.
     • Accommodation for two nights (Friday and Saturday).
     • Transportation to and from the event.
     • Passenger laps in a Drift League car (waiver required).
   • Runner-Up Prize: A Drift League merchandise pack.

4. Winner Selection:
   Winners will be randomly selected using a random number generator. The draw will take place on September 6th, 2024, and winners will be notified via the contact information provided on the entry form.

5. Waiver Requirement:
   The grand prize winner and their guest must sign a waiver before participating in the passenger laps. Failure to sign the waiver will result in forfeiture of that portion of the prize.

6. Marketing Subscription:
   By entering this giveaway, all participants agree to receive marketing communications from Drift League. Participants can unsubscribe at any time, but unsubscribing before the winner announcement may result in disqualification.

7. Non-Transferable:
   Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Drift League reserves the right to substitute any part of the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. General:
   Drift League reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time. By participating, entrants agree to release Drift League, its affiliates, and partners from any liability related to this giveaway.

9. Privacy:
   Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of this giveaway and in accordance with Drift League’s privacy policy.
